Sahlens have been around since 1869, pretty much the beginning of time. These delicious dogs originated in Western New York. Buffalo NY to be exact. This juicy dog was only available in WNY until the late 1990's. You can now get them in 35 states.
We offer pork and beef mixed, also all beef dogs. A Sahlen dog is the best you'll ever taste. Simply because its packed with mouth watering flavor. When grilled to perfection each bite will give you a crispy crunchy satisfaction

Company Description & Overview
Beyond Food is a mobile resturant. We travel to various locations throughout the Charlotte region. We operate a pushcart enhanced with a grill and fryer. Our menu consist of Sahlen hotdogs and Camellia sausage from Buffalo, NY. We also serve chili, cole slaw, rice crispy treats, chips, pop and water. We attend almost any event. Parties, bbq's, wherever you need us!

The Beyond Food family is originally from Buffalo, NY. With a dream of bringing our up north/east cost style of cooking down south! The "Top Dog" and "The Camme" are only the introduction samples for our delicious empire of foods to come!!!
